Refund Policy

At Susan Avery Flower and Events, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our floral products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis for damaged or incorrect orders.
Please provide photographic evidence when submitting a refund request.

Event Cancellations
Event service cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.
