Can I customise a bouquet?
Absolutely! We love creating custom arrangements. You can specify your preferred colours, flowers, and style, or we can design something based on your budget and occasion.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Corporate clients can arrange invoice billing.
Weddings and Events
How far in advance should I book wedding flowers?
We recommend booking your wedding flowers 6-12 months in advance to ensure availability, especially for peak wedding season (September to May). However, we can accommodate shorter timeframes depending on our schedule.
What is your cancellation policy?
For standard orders, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Wedding and event bookings require notice as per your contract terms. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Do you offer corporate accounts?
Yes, we offer corporate accounts with flexible payment terms for regular business clients. Contact us to discuss your requirements and set up an account.
Funerals and Memorials
Do you provide flowers for funerals?
Yes, we create sympathy and funeral arrangements with care and respect.
We can deliver directly to funeral homes or service locations and work within your specified timeframe.
What flowers are appropriate for a funeral?

Traditional choices include lilies (peace and purity), roses (love and remembrance), chrysanthemums (honour), and native Australian blooms for a more personal touch.
The most appropriate selection depends on cultural traditions, religious considerations, and the relationship to the deceased.
We'll guide you toward arrangements that reflect sentiment while remaining tasteful and dignified.
For flowers, arrangements, casket covers and large installations, we deliver direct to the service, the funeral directors or the home. We often re-locate and re-install the service flowers back to the wake venue.
When should funeral flowers be delivered?
Timing is critical.
Flowers are typically delivered directly to the funeral home, church, or service venue on the morning of the service. In larger venues, we sometimes need to wait until a prior service is complete. Wherever possible, we recommend placing orders 24-48 hours in advance, though earlier is preferred for custom tributes or peak periods.
What type of funeral arrangement should I send?
Common options include sheaf bouquets, casket covers, standing sprays, and sympathy bouquets.
Often some of these are sent to the family's home.
The choice depends on your relationship to the deceased and the level of formality desired.
We can advise on scale, wording for cards, and appropriate presentation.
Can I see my arrangement before it's delivered?
For wedding and large event orders, we can arrange a preview consultation. For standard deliveries, we work from your specifications and our florists' expertise to create beautiful arrangements.
Do you provide event styling beyond flowers?
Yes — in addition to floral design, we offer a range of event styling services including table centrepieces, ceremony installations, venue dressing, and hire items such as vases, pedestals, and decorative vessels. Deliveries
Do you deliver flowers in Sydney?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery throughout Sydney and surrounding areas. Orders placed before 12pm can be delivered the same day, subject to availability.
What days and times do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Saturday between 9am and 5pm. Sunday deliveries may be available for special occasions - please contact us to arrange. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm.
Why is it important to provide the correct delivery address?
Providing an accurate and complete delivery address ensures your flowers arrive on time and to the right recipient. Please include unit numbers, building names, and any special access instructions to avoid delivery delays or failed attempts.
What if the recipient isn't home for delivery?
Our drivers will attempt to leave flowers in a safe location or with a neighbour. If this isn't possible, we'll contact the recipient to arrange redelivery or leave a card with collection instructions.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?
Yes, we offer timed delivery windows for an additional fee. When placing your order, please include your preferred delivery time in the notes field and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. For time-critical deliveries — such as weddings, funerals, or surprise gifts — we recommend contacting us directly to confirm availability.

How do I care for my flowers to make them last longer?
Trim stems at an angle, change water daily, keep flowers away from direct sunlight and heat, and remove any wilting blooms. We include care instructions with every delivery.
Do you offer subscription services?
Yes, we offer weekly, fortnightly, and monthly flower subscription services for homes and offices. Contact us to discuss your preferences and set up a subscription.
Are your flowers locally sourced?
We source the finest blooms from trusted Australian growers as well as select international suppliers, depending on seasonal availability. Where possible, we prioritise locally grown flowers to support Australian growers and ensure freshness. Our florists select only the highest quality stems for every arrangement.
